I have no idea what to do right now. I joined a gym and I do 20 minutes of leg presses, 20 minutes of vertical ab crunches, and 20 minutes of side to side ab move thingys. Then I spend the rest of my time on the elliptical machine. I burn about 300 calories per day, which is probably nothing. I just want someone to help me properly plan this out because I don't know what to do. What would be a proper diet that can allow me to burn fat from all over my body? Like what should I eat in the morning/what should I do in the morning?..what should I eat in the afternoon/what should i do in the afternoon?..etc..I mean if anyone can help me on this I will follow it straight through my summer and my plan is to lose 30 lbs. I'm doing this because my doctor said i'm over weight..my bmi is 25.2 and my height is 5' 6" and my weight is 156 lbs right now. My doctor said I have a spike in my cholestrol also. I don't want to die early..I want to see life as it is..So will one of you help me plan this out? Can you communicate with my on AIM? My screenname is SandZofPersiaX92 and my email is sandzofpersia92@gmail. com..I would greatly appreciate any help I get. Thank you!
Answer on Can anyone make an instruction list and diet plan on how to burn fat?
20 minutes each of 3 exercises is a bit strange.
Look at doing 3 weight sessions per week, covering all the body. Do a short 15 minute session of HIIT after the weight session (ie jog for 1 minute, sprint for 30 seconds, jog for 1 minute).
On non-weight training days (3 other days), do 45 minutes of cardio at decent heart rate.
Make sure you have a rest day.
Drink lots of water, cut out bad foods, lower carbohydrate intake after about 3pm. Consume decent amounts of protein.
Most importantly, stick at it and you see results. Stop by my blog if you have any more questions, happy to help.
