Am I doing enough exercise to loose weight?? x?

Monday - Friday: 30 minutes cardio workout: 300 calories
10 minutes rowing machine: 50 - 100 calories
Breakfast: Either: Sausage roll - 3 hash browns - cereal = 200 calories
Lunch: Cheese and pickle roll X 2 = 500 - 700 calories
Dinner: Bean, bacon, egg and salad. OR cereal and crisps.
Snacks: Crisps, Apple, Pear

Drinks: Water and diet coke. I drink enough water.


I know I don't have the healthiest of diets but it is very improved compared to my diet last month. I never ate healthy, or did any exercise. I've just got a gym membership.

I'm 17. 5ft 8. 11stone. I look chubby but want to tone up for summer for a holiday.

I do a lot of walking each day too = 1 hour.


Is this enough to loose about a stone in 2 months?

1 hour of exercise each day weekly sounds like enough. If you want to tone up however I would really advise doing something that will firm and tighten like yoga. I started doing it in January and am so happy with the results. It is a little challenging at first, but it has now become a source of relaxation to me. I am happier with my body than I have ever been.
