Losing Weight help ASAP!!? 10 points?

Hey guys Im 14 years old, i weigh about 128 pounds and i am 5'3-5'4 is that normal for a boy like me? or am i too fat but i am a little chubby around my cheeks and i have a broad chest can you help me on a nice body like ABS or 6 pack and how long would it take and Also telling me some good 7 Day Diet Plans please!!! i beg u give me a diet plan 7 days and u will def get 10 points and best answer and also, i run school track and field! PLEASE DIET PLANS IM a guy 14 year old need to lose weight

Yep, your weight is fine. However, if you want to lose weight and build muscle, here are some tips:

1. Post signs on your fridge and pantry reminding yourself NOT to binge or snack. As long as there's a constant reminder, you'll be motivated not to eat.

2. Don't eat carbs (breads, potatoes, etc.) or meat.

3. If you feel really hungry, close your eyes for a moment and remember that sometimes, hunger passes. Sometimes, you're only hungry for five minutes, then it seems to go away. However, if you're still hungry, try drinking water and eating salad.

4. ALWAYS say no to junk food and SODA. Carbonated beverages are THE WORST.

5. Go to the gym as much as you can. If you want to look really good after 7 days, go every day! Try making a schedule that you have to follow. Do weights and run. Building muscle increases your metabolism. DON'T eat after you finish exercising. Just drink lots of water. Overall, going on a diet will help you lose weight more than exercising, but working out will help you keep the weight off.

6. Do 100 regular crunches. Keep your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Put your hands behind your neck, and when you lift up, try imagining your chest going towards the ceiling. In other words, don't just curl your head forward. Also, try holding the plank position for 1 - 2 minutes each day. Do 100 bicycle crunches. To help me get through all this, I put some intense music on. It helps! Remember though, your abs won't show if there's a layer of fat on top. So make sure you stick to the strict diet!

7. Once you reach your target weight, keep exercising and eating healthy. Post pictures of yourself before you lost weight, and ask yourself, "Do I want to be like this again?" Keeping the weight off is very difficult, so make sure you don't regress to unhealthy habits.
